The quality and freshness of the products is always our priority. In the butcher's counter, a wide range of Quebec products is offered year-round. A ready-to-eat section, stocked with small homemade dishes, is perfect for days when you don't have time to cook.

On the ready-to-cook side, you can choose your pieces (thickness of the cut, as well as the sauce or seasoning). There is of course a self-service sous vide section in which you will find skewers, tournedos, pork tenderloin with feta, etc.

The tartare bar includes beef, salmon and tuna with a large selection of sauces, vegetables and sides.
