Cidrerie Verger Bilodeau

A true pioneer in its field, La Cidrerie Verger Bilodeau produces apples, ciders, ice ciders, sparkling wines and countless other apple and maple by-products. Year after year, La Cidrerie Verger Bilodeau stands out. Its ciders have won gold medals many times, including the Grand Prix du Public from 2011 to 2015.

In 1980, Micheline and Benoît Bilodeau acquired land in Saint-Pierre Île d’Orléans with the aim of growing apples, Quebecers’ favourite fruit. From the start, with the strong support of their children Josée and Claude, they began planting dwarf and semi-dwarf apple trees. Over the years and with a lot of hard work and determination, Claude and his partner Sandra developed new products.

Enthusiastic and determined, Claude and Sandra hope that their three children will share this love of the land and that they too will innovate in the field as their parents and grandparents did and still do.
