Founded in 2000 by José Poulin, Joe Smoked Meat remains a true institution in Baie Saint-Paul to this day. The company's slogan says it all: "Joe Smoked Meat, Smoked Meat at its best". That's the key to its success!
In order to meet the growing demand from its dining room customers, a take-out version was essential. The first Joe Smoked Meat store opened in April 2021.
To make the experience more enjoyable, this first store is located right across from the Joe Smoked Meat restaurant in the heart of the village of Baie-Saint-Paul, on the popular St-Jean-Baptiste Street.
