Passionate about baking since childhood, Sophie Bourlard, a self-taught pastry chef at the head of Les Macarons de Sophie, is originally from Belgium.
She arrived in Quebec with her family in 2010 and embarked on an unusual career change! After a career as an administrative assistant, she finally realized her dream in 2016 of launching her own business manufacturing and selling macarons like they are found in Europe.
