Two words describe Dominike Audet; passion and discipline. A distinguished author, winner of the Prix littéraire de la ville de Québec and the Salon du livre de Québec in 2011, her passion for baking led her to be selected from thousands of candidates to present her unique creations on season 4 of The Great Canadian Baking show presented on CBC, CBC Gem and Netflix.

She is accompanied in this delicious adventure by her partner Dennis Hennessey. An entrepreneur, official taster, and passionate about social media marketing and graphic design, he has greatly contributed to giving the company its positioning and colour. Dennis will be behind the ovens daily alongside Dominike.
